THE FULL STORY
Who we are
L&B Immobilier is a limited liability company based in the French alps. Our office and our current projects are situated in Montchavin La Plagne. The company was founded and is owned by Jonathan Maxwell-Burton and Guillaume Lacroix who both retain a 50% stake.
What we do
To state it simply we build chalets from scratch… If you are interested by the ins and outs of how we get there, then here is some more detail:
Our company specialises in designing, building and managing ski rental chalets. We start from a blanc canvas and piece together projects where we see potential. Our work starts with finding suitable plots and drawing up a business plan for a future development. If the first phase sticks and we are satisfied with the potential of the project then we move on to the design and funding aspects, throughout this phase we work with a local architect and commercial banks. If the design and funding is satisfactory we can break ground and start the build. We work with varied team of external contractors & trades throughout the build. During this stage we are on site, overseeing every aspect of the construction and also getting involved where possible! Once the build winds down and the chalet is ready to go we then partner up with a Tour Operator to manage our properties on the ski rental market. This Tour operator then has full control and responsibility over every running and use of the chalet. Our work from there on consists of managing and maintaining n the chalet to ensure it stays top notch!
What we have built so far
To date we have built and own two properties, Chalet Mont Rose & Chalet Mont Rosset. Both of these are beautiful quality build 14 bed chalets. The chalets come equipped with a Professional kitchen, Spa, ski room, ensuite bedrooms and gorgeous open plan living space… They are both built to make as many skiers and holiday makers happy as possible!
What Next ?
We are currently working on a new project which is situated in close proximity to chalets Mont Rose & Rosset. We are looking to build two new chalets in keeping with the tradition alpine style applied to the current chalets.
