Our Company L&B Immobilier designs, Builds and manages a portfolio of chalets in the French Alps.

We specialise in building traditional styled chalets tailor built for the ski holiday rental market. We work with a variety of local companies throughout our builds but also in the day to day running of our properties as catered ski chalets.
Our partner "ICBREAKER CHALETS LTD" does a great job of running the chalets throughout the Winter and summer seasons. The chalets boast a mix of cozy Alpine design & building materials with modern and luxurious layout and finishings.
Our Team
We Jonathan Burton & Guillaume Lacroix are the founders and co-directors of L&B Immobilier. Childhood friends and now partners in business we share all the aspects of running the company from admin to work on site. We also work with a variety of local contractors & trades from carpenters to stone masons who play an intricate role in delivering top quality projects ...

Jonathan takes care of the day to day running of the company. Whilst a building project is underway his time is split between working on site and managing the project.
Guillaume Lacroix
Co-director
Guillaume brings invaluable experience from a number of domains to projects undertaken by L&B. As a qualified Plumber & Electrician he is involved in many aspects building process.
